Limited Collection and Use – Really!
For the most part, you can visit our site anonymously. Only when you choose to participate in a conversation or request access to special content is there a chance you’ll be revealing something personal. Personal information is any information that can be used to distinguish, identify or contact you. So, when you request information, participate on our blog, submit a form for employment or request to be contacted, your information might be logged so we can serve you best, get back to you quickly and deliver what you’ve asked for.
We may also collect information on how you use our site to make sure it functions as perfectly as possible.
If you forward an article from our site to a friend, we will need to collect your email and identify their email for sending. Your email will be stored in case we need to notify you that sending failed. However, their email will not be kept by us.
Social Media Group recognizes the privacy needs and interests of children. We will never knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
For our own interest and use, we may record some general information about your visit to our site to help improve it for visitors and make our content more engaging.
