		<description>Okay, so now that my phone should be in the war museum, I can objectively comment on this article.  I guess I was ahead of my times by keeping my flip phone and only texting and talking when necessary.  If I was on commission sales where it was a requirement to make a living, then yes I would have had a smart phone.  As a Marketing Manager, I was no less effective with a flip phone. I connecgted to internet and checked out things and correspondence at home/work. Now that 3 of my 3 children are out of country or province, I am getting the i-phone to stay more connected to things that matter to me; namely my family.  I do know that many business deals have gone south because of execs who could not disconnect at the appropriate time or at a meeting.  There is a change of events happening and it is about time.  Do not be distracted and pre-occupied with things that are not in the moment.  Everyone needs to be connected, yes, but review the when and where and how and you will be surprised at the answer.
