Canadian Tire is one of Canada’s largest retailers, and SMG is pleased to announce that we have been selected to help this grand Canadian icon, which has over 1000 retail locations, an annual revenue of over 8.5 billion dollars and employs almost 50,000 people across the country, measure, monitor and manage their brand online.
Working with the Media and Public Relations department, SMG will provide overall online brand monitoring, crisis communications guidance and assistance as well as tactical executions of influencer outreach programs. We will also be measuring the impact of our activities on the positive, negative and neutral online sentiment toward Canadian Tire, providing our newest client with hard numbers against which to benchmark future activities.
